Overview

Provide legal advice for relevant matters in the operation of DFVN; provide legal assessment on the new projects, new methods, potential opportunities.
Peform legal review for the DFVN’s contracts/agreements and documents including but not limited to investment activities, related investment activities, distribution of open-ended fund (OEF), items concerning OEF Investors, etc.
Prepare the DFVN’s dossier submitted to the authorities, administrative procedure etc.
Draft, review, develop the internal regulations, procedure, operation manual, code of conduct, ect.; and ensure the internal approval’s procedure in accordance with internal regulations
Update, disseminate new regulations to relevant divisions.
Review the Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorism Financing Countering (CFT) and Counter-Proliferation Financing (CPF) programs and personal data protection programs.
Others: be responsible for the other tasks as assigned by the line manager or higher level from time to time.
