Overview
- Project survey and design:
- Survey new projects, and make survey reports
- Prepare project design solutions and technical drawings, make technical checks and calculations, manually or supported by software
Requirements
- Calculate quantity (BOM)
- Prepare bidding documents.
- Project construction management:
- Prepare construction schedule and project methods statement
- Prepare project implementation plans and work assignment tables at the project
- Review and check design drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings
- Manage the legal document, quality document, quantity document
- Manage Sub-contractors and technical team. Supervise and allocate resources
- Implement construction plans and monitor projects to ensure Safety, Quality and Timeline
- Inspection, testing and commissioning all of mechanical works
- Check installation volume with Sub-contractors
- Represent the Company to resolve problems arising during construction
- Participate in meetings with Client and Sub-contractors
- Coordinate with other department (Electrical, Construction, HSE...)
- Make weekly and monthly reports to send management
