Overview
- Khảo sát & Thiết kế
- Thực hiện khảo sát hiện trường và lập báo cáo khảo sát.
- Lập phương án thiết kế, bản vẽ kỹ thuật và tính toán kỹ thuật.
- Kiểm tra bản vẽ thiết kế, yêu cầu kỹ thuật và các tiêu chuẩn áp dụng.
- Bóc tách khối lượng (BOM) và lập hồ sơ khối lượng.
- Chuẩn bị hồ sơ kỹ thuật và hồ sơ đấu thầu.
- Quản lý Thi công
- Dự án Lập tiến độ, biện pháp thi công và kế hoạch triển khai dự án.
- Quản lý, giám sát nhà thầu phụ và đội ngũ kỹ thuật, đảm bảo An toàn, Chất lượng và Tiến độ.
- Kiểm tra, quản lý bản vẽ thiết kế, shop drawing, bản vẽ hoàn công cùng các hồ sơ pháp lý, chất lượng và khối lượng.
- Kiểm tra, nghiệm thu, chạy thử hệ thống cơ khí và xác nhận khối lượng lắp đặt.
- Phối hợp với Chủ đầu tư, nhà thầu phụ và các phòng ban liên quan; xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh và lập báo cáo định kỳ theo yêu cầu.
- Project Survey & Design
- Conduct site surveys and prepare survey reports.
- Develop project designs, technical drawings, and engineering calculations.
- Review design drawings and technical specifications.
- Prepare quantity take-off (BOM) and cost-related documents.
- Prepare technical and bidding documentation.
- Project Construction Management
- Plan project schedules, construction methods, and implementation activities.
- Supervise construction, subcontractors, and technical teams to ensure Safety, Quality, and Schedule.
- Review and manage design, shop, as-built, quality, quantity, and legal documents.
- Inspect, test, commission mechanical works, and verify installation quantities.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams; resolve site issues and prepare project reports.
