Overview
- Reading and checking the contract and construction drawings
- Quantity takes off base on provided drawings
- Request the Quotation from Suppliers, sub-contractor
- Review, check and evaluate the quotation from sun-contractors or cost estimates in design document
- Cost breakdown and cost estimation for whole project
- Preparation of tender documents and bidding documents
- Coordinate with other department in the company to implement the work
- Other tasks assigned by Department Manager.
