Overview
- Theo dõi chi tiết và quản lý toàn bộ các vấn đề liên quan đến công tác thiết kế.
- Phối hợp với các bộ môn Kiến trúc, MEP, Nội thất và các bộ môn liên quan nhằm đảm bảo chất lượng hồ sơ thiết kế; đặc biệt là tối ưu hóa phương án thiết kế của đơn vị tư vấn, đồng thời cập nhật và điều chỉnh bản vẽ thiết kế khi cần thiết.
- Kiểm soát công tác thiết kế; phân tích và kiểm tra các bảng tính, bản vẽ, mô hình tính toán để đảm bảo tính chính xác và phù hợp với yêu cầu kỹ thuật.
- Phối hợp và giám sát quá trình thi công nhằm đưa ra các giải pháp thiết kế phù hợp; xử lý các vấn đề thiết kế tại hiện trường; kiểm tra bản vẽ Shop Drawing và biện pháp thi công, đồng thời đưa ra ý kiến kịp thời để phục vụ công tác thi công.
- Phối hợp với kiến trúc sư, nhà thầu và các bên liên quan nhằm đảm bảo dự án được triển khai đúng tiến độ.
- Phối hợp xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh tại hiện trường liên quan đến thiết kế; đánh giá và cảnh báo các rủi ro liên quan đến việc thay đổi thiết kế hoặc biện pháp thi công.
- Responsible for detail tracking and management of all design related issues
- Coordinate with architecture, MEP, interior and other related works to ensure the quality of documents, especially to optimize the design plan of the Consultant, update and change design drawings
- Control the design, analyze, check the calculation tables, drawings, calculation models
- Coordinate, monitor construction to give appropriate design solutions, handle field design, check shop drawings, construction methods to give timely comments to serve for the construction of works
- Collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure projects progress properly
- Coordinating the handling of field work related to design problems, assessment/warning of risks related to design changes/construction methods
- Understand and master the technical standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by direct manager
