Overview

Carry out maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting works for luxury retail stores.
Handle carpentry, metal, painting, silicone, ceiling, flooring, and other architectural repair works.
Basic knowledge of electrical and lighting systems for troubleshooting and minor repairs.
Coordinate with subcontractors when specialized works are required.
Attend emergency maintenance requests, including after office hours, weekends, or public holidays when necessary.
Prepare maintenance reports, site photos, and daily work updates.
Ensure all works are completed in accordance with luxury brand standards and safety requirements.
