Overview

Keep good relationship with VIP clients in routine orders (receive the inquiries and make quotation basing on current capability) and renew the yearly contract.
To prepare/ suggest selling prices, discount levels to key clients for Manager's approval.
Coordinate with Customer Service Team and related Section Manager to consult the services, handle clients' complaints/ claims or collect outstanding debts.
Other tasks assigned by the Sale Manager/Food Lab manager/H&N Manager.
University graduation with related background.
Over 2 year experience working in food service sections.
English level B equivalent.
Good communication skill.
