Overview

  • IT Cloud Operator is responsible for ensuring the stable, secure, and cost-optimized operation of the entire Cloud infrastructure environment (Public/Private/Hybrid), contributing to the availability and continuity of the bank’s IT services.
  • This role also participates in building, standardizing, and automating Cloud operations (CloudOps), improving resource management efficiency, optimizing costs (FinOps), and minimizing operational risks in Cloud environments.
  • Operate and administer Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Local Cloud/Private Cloud).
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Cloud systems and incidents.
  • Manage Cloud resources and optimize costs (FinOps).
  • Deploy and operate infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform/ Ansible/ CloudFormation).
  • Manage Cloud security (IAM, Network Security, Compliance).
  • Manage backup, disaster recovery (DR), and recovery readiness.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and application teams for system deployment.
  • Manage configuration and changes (Change/Configuration Management).
  • Manage Cloud vendors (AWS, Azure, Local Cloud, etc.).
  • Develop operational documents, runbooks, and automation scripts.
  • Prepare operational reports (KPI/KRI, capacity, cost).
  • Continuously improve Cloud operations through Automation and AIOps.
  • Your Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in system operations or Cloud operations.
  • Experience operating production systems is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP.
  • Understanding of Networking concepts including VPC, Subnet, Firewall, VPN, and Load Balancer.
  • Knowledge of Linux/Windows Server operating systems.
  • Understanding of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools including Terraform and Ansible.
  • Strong troubleshooting and system optimization skills.
  • Automation and scripting skills (Python, Bash).
  • Good teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of ITIL/DevOps operating models.
  • Nice to Have
  • Cloud certifications such as AWS or Azure certifications.
  • Experience with automation and CloudOps optimization.
  • Strong system thinking mindset.
