Overview

Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including local/national tax requirements, as well as company policies and procedures
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, cash flow reports, cost reports, and other financial analysis reports
Prepare and file tax returns in accordance with the company’s tax obligations (VAT, PIT, FCT, CIT)
Monitor and manage the fixed asset system
Control accounts receivable and accounts payable
Prepare payment requests, issue VAT invoices, and send them to customers
Record accounting transactions accurately in the accounting system
Complete and maintain accounting documentation (both hard and soft copies)
Maintain effective working relationships with customers, suppliers, and relevant authorities
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant or the Board of Directors.
