Probation: First 3 months based in Hai Phong (factory) (formerly Hai Duong Province); company provides commute, accommodation, and daily meals during this period.
Prefer candidates under 30 years old
Product Knowledge & Market Insights
Understand the company’s scented candle lines, including ingredients, characteristics, and unique selling points.
Research market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to deliver effective consultation.
Customer Relationship Management
Manage and maintain relationships with existing customer databases.
Listen to customer feedback to improve both products and services.
Develop international clients through e-commerce platforms (Alibaba, Amazon, etc.), trade fairs, exhibitions, and other potential channels.
Order Management
Track, process, and coordinate with Production and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Handle order-related issues such as changes, complaints, or warranty inquiries.
Manage customer data, prepare sales reports, and support market planning.
