Overview
- Design, develop, review, and maintain backend services using NestJS and TypeScript
- Contribute to frontend development using Angular as part of full stack feature delivery
- Optimize performance across APIs, databases, caching, and AWS infrastructure
- Lead code reviews, promote best practices, and mentor junior developers
- Collaborate with product and delivery teams in Agile development environments
- Drive improvements in CI/CD, system reliability, and technical documentation
- Evaluate and introduce technologies to enhance product quality and team efficiency
- Your Skills and Experience
- Must-Have
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer/solution architecting in a complex development environment
- Solid experience in Node.js with NestJS, and strong proficiency in TypeScript
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and complex microservices-based systems
- Experience working with Angular or similar frontend frameworks
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architecture
- Familiarity with containers and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and testable code structure
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and a great team player
- Well-versed in writing structured, maintainable, and clean code
- Good English communication skills
- Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and modern CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
- Domain knowledge in insurance or CRM systems
- Experience with advanced AI tools usage (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Codex, agents/skills) to boost productivity and code quality
