Overview

Monitor monthly budgets and compare them with the financial plan of the group.
Work directly with internal and external auditors to prepare annual financial reports.
Handle invoice issuance and verify input invoices, manage accounts receivable and payable, and ensure timely payments.
Track and manage outstanding debts with foreign agents.
Oversee social insurance, payroll, bonuses, and monthly HR reports.
Prepare tax reports (VAT, PIT, foreign contractor tax), tax finalization, and other financial reports per Vietnamese regulations.
Review and draft contracts, contract addendums, and monitor payments and bank guarantees.
Collaborate with the operations, sales, and warehouse departments to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
Extract data from FAST, reconcile reports, and submit them to the Group on time.
Be responsible for Profit & Loss (P&L) management, fixed assets, rental contracts, and bank guarantees.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Group.
