Overview

Making weekly & KPI report & Join the weekly & KPI meeting
Checking daily- monthly COH, CIB, receipt, deposit, MT back report of HCM, credit term.
Checking LFC reports and SGA reports every month
Check, verify and responsibility for signing all Receipts and all payment requests.
Input data & check all transactions into the Accounting Software System.
Make monthly tax reports and submit to Tax Department: V.A.T, C.I.T, P.I.T
Prepare Income statement & balance sheet every month.
Make monthly and yearly consolidate financial reports.
Make monthly and yearly reports to Statistic Department and Authorities.
Control Fixed Assets follow VAS.
Prepare book keeping every month.
Consultant all accounting issues to PIC in branch offices in DAD, HAN and HPH City
Maintaining accounting data.
Audit matters.
Estimated and prepare annual budgets
Working with tax office, auditor, Statistic Department.
Control & management of all accounting issues and find out the solutions
Consultant all tax issues
And other related jobs according to instructions of Board of Directors, make all related reports for HQ.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and related
Certificate of Chief Accountant fully acquired.
Minimum of 3 years experiences as chief accountant and experience working in shipping line is priority.
Good in English
Good cross functional and cross cultural communication skills
Honest, sociable, teamwork spirit and have a fully responsibility in daily jobs
