Overview

Team Coordination and Process Optimization
Manage HR team, set goals, and provide coaching; optimize full-process HR SOPs, establish a
standardized management system, organize regular meetings, and generate monthly analysis
reports.
Payroll Compliance and Cost Control
Audit plant-wide attendance and working hour exceptions; coordinate payroll calculation and
review, implement Vietnam social insurance and welfare compliance; regularly output labor cost
analysis reports.
Training System and Talent Development
Build annual training plans, supervise the implementation and closed-loop execution of training
collect feedback to optimize the curriculum system, and output training effectiveness evaluation
Employee Relations and Organizational Synergy
Coordinate onboarding, transfers, resignations, and contract management; mediate labor disputes
to reduce turnover risks; build HR data dashboards and collaborate with functional departments to
handle human resource demands.
Hiring Tasks Support & other Tasks
Recruitment planning based on manpower requirements & recruitment campaigns.
Monitor recruitment status, hiring progress, and labor market trends.
Coordinate closely with production departments to support urgent manpower needs.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the line Manager.
