Overview
- Daily Production Management
- Execute daily production plans according to PMC schedule
- Monitor hourly and daily production output
- Ensure work orders are completed on time
- Follow up production progress and report delays immediately
- Coordinate manpower arrangement based on production requirements
- Shopfloor Management
- Manage daily operation of assigned production section
- Maintain production discipline and working order
- Monitor operator attendance and labor utilization
- Ensure smooth production flow and reduce waiting time
- Control WIP accumulation and material flow
- Abnormality Handling
- Identify and report production abnormalities in a timely manner
- Coordinate with PMC, Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse to resolve issues
- Follow up machine breakdowns, material shortages, and production bottlenecks
- Escalate unresolved issues to Production Manager
- Quality & Process Control
Requirements
- Monitor product quality during production
- Reduce rework and production defects
- Support implementation of corrective actions
- Productivity & Improvement
- Support productivity improvement activities
- Identify bottleneck processes and propose improvement ideas
- Assist in line balancing and process optimization
- Support implementation of lean production initiatives
- Team Management
- Lead and supervise operators and team leaders
- Conduct daily briefing meetings
- Train new operators on work methods and production requirements
- Monitor operator performance and working attitude
- Build stable and disciplined production teams
- Safety & 5S
- Maintain 5S standards in assigned area
- Identify unsafe conditions and follow up corrective actions
