Overview

  • Operate and reconcile Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable, and handle General Account entries for the Project.
  • Vận hành, đối chiếu công nợ phải trả/phải thu và hạch toán tổng hợp cho Dự án.
  • File accounting documents and keep bookkeeping timely and orderly.
  • Lưu trữ chứng từ kế toán, ghi sổ kịp thời và khoa học.
  • Prepare reports for the Project.
  • Lập báo cáo cho Dự án.
  • Stay aware of QHSE Policy, environmental aspects, occupational health and safety risks, and related procedures/regulations relevant to your duties.
  • Am hiểu về Chính sách QHSE, các khía cạnh môi trường, rủi ro an toàn sức khỏe nghề nghiệp và các quy trình/quy định liên quan đến nhiệm vụ được giao.
  • Take on other tasks requested by the Department Head.
  • Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Trưởng phòng.
  • Yêu cầu bổ sung đối với cấp Phó/ Trưởng phòng
  • Prepare monthly VAT report/ Lập báo cáo thuế GTGT (VAT) hàng tháng.
  • Prepare yearly CIT report/ Lập báo cáo CIT hàng năm.
  • Liaise tax officer for all taxation matters/ Làm việc với cơ quan/cán bộ thuế về các vấn đề liên quan đến thuế.
  • Prepare monthly report/ Lập báo cáo hàng tháng.
  • Bank Progress report/ Lập báo cáo tiến độ ngân hàng.
  • Issue Debit Note to Interco & following payment.
  • Phát hành Debit Note cho các công ty nội bộ (Intercompany) và theo dõi việc thanh toán.
  • Proficient AP, AR, GL Model/ Thành thạo các nghiệp vụ AP, AR, GL.
  • Other works assigned by the immediate Manager/ Thực hiện các công việc khác theo chỉ đạo của cấp quản lý trực tiếp
