Overview

Develop and maintain standard work, work instructions, and line balancing.
Conduct time studies and establish standard labor times.
Analyze production processes and implement productivity improvement initiatives.
Optimize manpower utilization, workstation layout, and material flow.
Support new product introduction (NPI) and production line setup.
Monitor production efficiency, capacity, and labor productivity.
Identify and implement continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and manufacturing costs.
Support PFMEA, process validation, and production process changes.
Prepare and maintain IE documentation, including capacity analysis and productivity reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
