Overview

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for leading recruitment activities to support factory setup and business expansion at Versigent Vietnam. This role focuses on manpower planning, mass recruitment, employer branding, recruitment channel management, and talent pipeline development.
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for direct and indirect positions.

Manage mass hiring activities for operators and support functions.
Develop recruitment channels including job sites, social media, schools, and labor suppliers.
Hold & maintain employer branding activities.
Coordinate interviews with managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment database.
Monitor recruitment KPIs and hiring effectiveness.
Support/proceed onboarding process for new employees.
Prepare recruitment reports and manpower analysis.
