Overview

Design, develop, and improve stamping dies, tooling, and fixtures for manufacturing processes.
Support new product introduction (NPI) by developing and validating new dies and tooling.
Troubleshoot die-related issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance and repair of dies and tooling.
Analyze tooling performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and tool life.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
Ensure tooling documentation, drawings, and maintenance records are accurate and up to date.
Support process validation, engineering changes (ECN), and production transfers.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
