Overview
- Warehouse Operations: Handle receiving, issuing, transferring and storing materials/goods.
- Inventory Control: Maintain stock accuracy, conduct cycle counts/stock takes and reconcile discrepancies.
- WMS/ERP: Perform warehouse transactions and maintain accurate system records.
- EHS & Compliance: Follow warehouse safety, EHS and the Saint-Gobain Group compliance requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare warehouse reports and monitor inventory/operation data.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational issues and support warehouse improvement & digitalization/Power BI projects.
- Coordination: Coordinate with Production, Logistics and other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Reporting to: Assistant Warehouse Manager
- Working location: PMIM Factory -Road 3, Phu My II Expansion IZ, Tan Phuoc Ward, Ho Chi Minh (BRVT)
- Working time: Daytime + OT
- This position will be employed through an authorized third-party service provider. The successful candidate will work at PMIM, while employment administration and salary payment will be handled by the service provider.
- Nhân viên Kho (Warehouse Officer) – Trách nhiệm chính
- Vận hành kho: Thực hiện các hoạt động nhập, xuất, điều chuyển và lưu trữ nguyên vật liệu/hàng hóa.
- Quản lý tồn kho: Đảm bảo độ chính xác tồn kho, thực hiện kiểm kê định kỳ/đột xuất và đối chiếu, xử lý chênh lệch.
- WMS/ERP: Thực hiện các giao dịch kho trên hệ thống và đảm bảo dữ liệu được cập nhật chính xác, đầy đủ.
- EHS & Tuân thủ: Tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn kho, EHS và các yêu cầu tuân thủ của Tập đoàn Saint-Gobain.
- Báo cáo: Lập các báo cáo kho và theo dõi dữ liệu tồn kho/vận hành.
- Cải tiến quy trình: Nhận diện các vấn đề trong vận hành và hỗ trợ các dự án cải tiến, số hóa kho/Power BI.
- Phối hợp: Phối hợp với các bộ phận Sản xuất, Logistics và các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo hoạt động kho được vận hành thông suốt.
- Báo cáo cho: Phó phòng Quản lý kho
- Lưu ý về hình thức tuyển dụng & trả lương:
- Vị trí này được tuyển dụng thông qua nhà cung cấp dịch vụ nhân sự được ủy quyền. Ứng viên sẽ làm việc tại PMIM, trong khi các thủ tục liên quan đến quan hệ lao động và chi trả lương sẽ được thực hiện bởi nhà cung cấp dịch vụ.
