Overview
- Giám sát thi công các hệ thống MEP tại công trường: Điện, Điện nhẹ, Cấp thoát nước, HVAC, PCCC.
- Supervise construction of MEP systems on site: Electrical, ELV, Plumbing & Drainage, HVAC, Fire Fighting.
- Kiểm tra bản vẽ thi công, shop drawing và biện pháp thi công của nhà thầu MEP.
- Review construction drawings, shop drawings and construction methods proposed by MEP contractors.
- Theo dõi và kiểm soát tiến độ, chất lượng và khối lượng thi công theo thiết kế và tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật.
- Monitor and control construction progress, quality and quantities in accordance with design and technical standards.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận Xây dựng (CSA) để xử lý các vấn đề giao thoa.
- Coordinate with CSA team to resolve interface and coordination issues.
- Phối hợp với tư vấn thiết kế, nhà thầu và chủ đầu tư trong quá trình thi công.
- Coordinate with designers, contractors and the client during construction.
- Kiểm tra vật tư, thiết bị MEP đầu vào (CO, CQ, thông số kỹ thuật).
- Inspect incoming MEP materials and equipment (CO, CQ, technical specifications).
- Giám sát công tác lắp đặt, chạy thử và nghiệm thu các hệ thống MEP.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning and inspection of MEP systems.
- Phát hiện, đề xuất và phối hợp xử lý các sai sót kỹ thuật trong quá trình thi công.
- Identify, propose and coordinate solutions for technical issues during construction.
- Tham gia nghiệm thu hoàn thành, bàn giao và đưa công trình vào sử dụng.
- Participate in final inspection, handover and commissioning of the project.
- Lập biên bản nghiệm thu và báo cáo ngày/tuần/tháng.
- Prepare inspection records and daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Requirements
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học các chuyên ngành Điện, Cơ điện, Nhiệt – Lạnh, Cấp thoát nước hoặc ngành liên quan.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, MEP, HVAC, Plumbing or related disciplines.
- Tối thiểu 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm giám sát MEP tại công trình.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in MEP supervision on construction sites.
- Có Chứng chỉ hành nghề Tư vấn Giám sát – Hạng III trở lên.
- Holding a Supervision Practice Certificate – Grade III or above.
- Hiểu rõ các tiêu chuẩn, quy chuẩn kỹ thuật liên quan đến hệ thống MEP.
- Good knowledge of standards and regulations related to MEP systems.
- Sử dụng thành thạo AutoCAD, MS Project và MS Office.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project and MS Office.
- Có khả năng đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật tốt.
- Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Tiếng Anh kỹ thuật là một lợi thế.
- Technical English is an advantage.
