Overview

  • Giám sát công tác an toàn lao động, vệ sinh môi trường tại công trường.
  • Supervise occupational safety and environmental hygiene at the construction site.
  • Triển khai, kiểm tra và giám sát việc thực hiện các quy định về HSE.
  • Implement, monitor and supervise compliance with HSE regulations.
  • Lập kế hoạch, biện pháp an toàn lao động cho công trường.
  • Prepare safety plans and HSE procedures for the site.
  • Tổ chức huấn luyện, hướng dẫn và nhắc nhở an toàn cho công nhân và nhà thầu.
  • Conduct safety training, induction and daily safety reminders for workers and contractors.
  • Kiểm tra việc sử dụng trang bị bảo hộ lao động (PPE) và điều kiện làm việc an toàn.
  • Inspect the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe working conditions.
  • Phát hiện, đánh giá và đề xuất biện pháp phòng ngừa các nguy cơ mất an toàn.
  • Identify, assess and propose preventive measures for safety hazards.
  • Lập biên bản vi phạm an toàn và theo dõi việc khắc phục.
  • Issue safety violation reports and follow up corrective actions.
  • Phối hợp với các bộ phận CSA, MEP và nhà thầu trong công tác an toàn lao động.
  • Coordinate with CSA, MEP teams and contractors on safety matters.
  • Tham gia điều tra tai nạn lao động (nếu có) và lập báo cáo theo quy định.
  • Participate in accident investigations (if any) and prepare reports as required.
  • Lập báo cáo an toàn ngày/tuần/tháng.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HSE reports.

Requirements

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Bảo hộ lao động, An toàn lao động hoặc ngành liên quan.
  • College or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Labor Protection or related disciplines.
  • Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm HSE tại công trường xây dựng.
  • At least 3 years of experience as HSE staff on construction sites.
  • Có chứng chỉ an toàn lao động theo quy định hiện hành.
  • Holding valid occupational safety certificates as required by regulations.
  • Nắm vững các quy định pháp luật về an toàn lao động và vệ sinh môi trường.
  • Good knowledge of occupational safety and environmental regulations.
  • Kỹ năng quan sát, xử lý tình huống và giao tiếp tốt.
  • Good observation, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và làm việc nhóm.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Trung thực, cẩn thận, trách nhiệm cao và chịu được áp lực công việc.
  • Honest, careful, highly responsible and able to work under pressure.
