Overview

Drafting, reviewing, advising on, and managing legal risks for contracts and agreements serving the project (design, construction, procurement of materials, installation of solar power systems, etc.).
Performing necessary legal procedures during the company's operation and business activities (investment reports, registration of changes to business registration details, etc.).
Advising and coordinating with relevant departments and government agencies on legal procedures related to investment and operation of solar power projects.
Advising the company and clients on cooperation structures and investment implementation plans; participating in negotiations, monitoring, and protecting the company's legal rights in transactions and contracts.
Researching and updating new regulations on renewable energy, proposing solutions for compliance and application of preferential policies.
Assisting in handling disputes, complaints, debt collection, and litigation procedures when they arise.
Drafting and reviewing internal legal documents, regulations, procedures, and company records.
Providing internal legal advice to departments.
Coordinate and monitor the quality of work of the company's independent law firms/consultants.
Performing other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.
