Cập nhật và tìm kiếm nhà cung ứng sản phẩm, phát triển hệ thông nhà cung cấp để phục vụ mua hàng hiệu quả
Đánh giá định kỳ nhà cung cấp
Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan trong quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng và nhận hàng, phối hợp giải quyết/ báo cáo các tình huống sự cố phát sinh trong quá trình thực hiện
Theo dõi tình trạng hàng hóa sau khi đặt hàng
Liên hệ vận tải giao nhận để đưa hàng về kho
Phản hồi và xử lý với nhà cung cấp trong trường hợp hàng lỗi
Báo cáo tuần, báo cáo tháng cho lãnh đạo.
Update and search for product suppliers, develop supplier system to serve purchasing effectively.
Periodic evaluation of suppliers.
Coordinate with relevant departments in the process of contract performance and receipt of goods, coordinate in solving/reporting incident situations arising during the implementation process.
Track the status of goods after placing an order.
Contact freight forwarders to bring goods to the warehouse.
Respond and handle with suppliers in case of defective goods.
Weekly and monthly reports for management.
