Overview
- Support data entry for daily operations (FUND, AR/AP, settlement cost)
- Assist in checking and verifying data carefully to minimize errors
- Update and maintain records in system (e.g. Smart Cargo)
- Follow up and organize data related to shipments
- Support the team with basic operational tasks as assigned
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and follow team procedures
- Education & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
- Working Experience and Skill
- Careful, responsible, and willing to learn
- Positive attitude and open to feedback
- Comfortable working with numbers and data
- Willing to follow guidance and team processes
- Able to double check work to ensure basic accuracy
- Patient when handling repetitive tasks
- Basic MS Office (Excel + Outlook)
- No prior experience required – training will be provided
