Overview

  • We are looking for a Sales Support / Translator to support RCN Business operations in Vietnam. This role serves as a bridge between the company and local partners by providing English–Vietnamese translation, sales support, and administrative coordination.
  • The successful candidate will assist in generating sales leads, providing market insights, coordinating business activities, and accompanying business trips to provide on-site translation and communication support. This position is ideal for someone with excellent English communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to travel
  • Provide Vietnamese ↔ English translation and interpretation.
  • Support communication with local clients, suppliers, and business partners.
  • Join business trips, tours, and client visits to provide on-site translation and coordination.
  • Contact potential buyers and assist in generating sales leads.
  • Research and provide market updates and local business information.
  • Perform administrative and operational support tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Female candidates are preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or College diploma is preferred.
  • Excellent command of English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome. Previous experience is not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in making phone calls and interacting with clients.
  • Well-organized, responsible, and professional.
  • Willing to travel for business when required.

  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent.
