Overview

  • Xây dựng và biên soạn các tài liệu kỹ thuật: Brochure, Catalogue, Leaflet, Datasheet, Presentation và các tài liệu marketing cho sản phẩm.
  • Develop and prepare technical documents, including brochures, catalogs, leaflets, datasheets, presentations, and other marketing materials for products.
  • Phối hợp với các bộ phận Technical, R&D và Regulatory Affairs nhằm đảm bảo toàn bộ nội dung truyền thông chính xác và phù hợp với hồ sơ đăng ký sản phẩm.
  • Collaborate with the Technical, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure all marketing content is accurate and fully aligned with product registration dossiers.
  • Hỗ trợ xây dựng và triển khai các chương trình Technical Marketing, hội thảo, hội nghị khách hàng, triển lãm và hoạt động ra mắt sản phẩm.
  • Support the planning and implementation of Technical Marketing activities, including seminars, customer conferences, exhibitions, and new product launches.Develop technical content for the company website, social media platforms, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Phát triển nội dung kỹ thuật cho Website, Social Media và các kênh Digital Marketing.

  • Thu thập, phân tích thông tin thị trường, đối thủ cạnh tranh và xu hướng ngành để đề xuất các giải pháp phát triển kinh doanh.

  • Thực hiện các chuyến công tác, hỗ trợ khách hàng và các hoạt động kỹ thuật trên toàn quốc khi cần.
  • Conduct business trips nationwide to provide customer support and technical assistance when required.
