Overview

Inspect elevator materials, site conditions, and installation quality.
Monitor installation work at each stage.
Identify and report defects, installation errors, and safety issues.
Supervise subcontractors to ensure compliance with VGSI standards.
Support inspection and acceptance activities with clients and consultants.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve outstanding issues.
Monitor and report project progress to the Board of Directors (BOD).
