Overview

  • A. Position Purpose (a summary of the general nature, level and the reason why the position exists)
  • Handling shipping internal shipments
  • Cooperate with PPC or other sections for sending sample issue invoice on GIS (if any)
  • Shipment follow up and document storage
  • B. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (list of tasks in order of importance or the time consumed)
  • Ensure compliance towards ISO 9001 and 14001
  • Keep track of shipping plan with domestic suppliers to ensure the shipment delivery on time
  • Responsible for import documents to be checked & sorted out for import & customs clearance domestic only
  • Communicate and keep close contact with customers, domestic suppliers via email, phone....
  • To prepare and submit the consumption document in time.
  • Coordinate with other departments in the company to complete the work, to ensue efficiently and timely
  • Be responsible for record all related document following ISO
  • Responsible for checking & scanning all new customs regulations to keep updated, monthly control customs process & keep updated or revised (if any).
  • Learning export process: booking, open declaration, prepare shipping document, ensure shipments delivery time, coordinate with concern departments in the company to smoothly handle export shipments ...
  • Learning VBA macros, RPA and C/C++ to use in job to save time and increase work productivity.
  • Highlight to superior any activities in the company that may be contrary to the environment policy. That may create a significant impact to environment.
  • Support for EEL, collect shipping team information in VN site (if any), coming up the solution to solve trouble.
  • Any other matter may assign by the Management From time to time

Requirements

  • College or University degree
  • 03 years of experience in import and export activities and customs clearance formalities.
  • Teamwork spirit
  • Good customer service skill /Active & hard-working
  • Good health and work under high pressure
  • Able to work accurately, independently & well organized
  • Good computer MS Office Skill
  • Good command of English (Oral and written skill)
  • Communication and negotiation skills
