Overview

  • The International Sales Executive is responsible for developing new international customers, supporting existing clients, and executing export sales activities to drive sustainable business growth (Focus Asia Market)
  • 1 Customer Acquisition & Sales
  • Identify, approach, and develop new international customers in assigned markets.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, pricing levels, and competition.
  • Manage the full sales process: lead generation, qualification, quotation, and order confirmation.
  • 2 Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and distributors.
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and ensure high service quality.
  • Follow up on orders, feedback, and after-sales issues.
  • 3 Sales Operations & Coordination
  • Prepare quotations, product information, and sales documentation.
  • Monitor order progress, shipment schedules, and payment status.
  • 4 Market Intelligence & Reporting
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics.
  • Maintain and update customer database and sales pipeline.
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales reports, including progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade or related fields.
  • Experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in international business or export.
  • Experience in a similar field is an advantage.
  • Skills & Competencies
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong learning ability and open mindset
  • Basic understanding of international trade (Incoterms, payment terms)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Language
  • Good command of English (mandatory)
  • Chinese languages are a plus
