Overview

Thực hiện các hoạt động nghiên cứu nhằm nâng cao chất lượng thức ăn và năng suất chăn nuôi heo.
Nghiên cứu, đánh giá sản phẩm và phát triển các giải pháp cho sản phẩm mới.
Triển khai, theo dõi và quản lý các dự án nghiên cứu, thử nghiệm tại trang trại hoặc khu vực thí nghiệm.
Thu thập, phân tích dữ liệu trang trại và lập báo cáo nghiên cứu.
Cập nhật các nghiên cứu mới, xu hướng thị trường và đề xuất cải tiến phù hợp.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận Kinh doanh, Marketing, Công thức, Sản xuất và Thu mua để đảm bảo tiến độ, hiệu quả công việc.
Conduct research activities to improve feed quality and swine production performance.
Research, evaluate products and develop solutions for new product development.
Conduct, monitor and manage research projects and trials at farms or experimental sites.
Collect and analyze farm data, and prepare research reports.
Review latest research, market trends and propose suitable improvements
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Formulation, Production and Purchasing teams to ensure work progress and effectiveness.

Bắt buộc tốt nghiệp Thạc sĩ hoặc Tiến sĩ chuyên ngành Chăn nuôi, Thú y hoặc ngành liên quan.
Có kinh nghiệm về dinh dưỡng heo, R&D heo, thức ăn chăn nuôi, công thức thức ăn hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan.
Có khả năng thực hiện nghiên cứu, quản lý thử nghiệm và phân tích dữ liệu trang trại.
Tiếng Anh lưu loát, sử dụng được trong giao tiếp và báo cáo công việc.
Chủ động, cẩn thận, có tư duy phân tích và sẵn sàng đi công tác/trang trại khi cần.
Master’s degree or PhD is required in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine or related fields.
Experience in swine nutrition, swine R&D, animal feed, feed formulation or related fields.
Able to conduct research, manage trials and analyze farm data.
Fluent in English for communication and work reporting.
Proactive, detail-oriented, analytical and willing to travel or work at farms when required.
