Overview

Conduct market research and identify potential offline B2B customers in the health & beauty sector (distributors, retail chains, pharmacies, etc.) to develop collaboration opportunities.
Actively approach, present and propose K-Beauty products and cooperation plans to potential B2B partners.
Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance) and customers to develop and execute sales and marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Follow up the entire sales process including contract negotiation, order confirmation, delivery schedule, payment and after-sales service.
Ensure products are delivered to customers accurately and on time by closely working with the warehouse and logistics teams.
Monitor customer sales performance, sell-in/sell-out data, inventory status and proactively identify opportunities for business growth.
Develop, maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing B2B customers, while continuously expanding the new customer base.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback and issues professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and market insights for the Manager.
Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.
At least 1 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in cosmetics, K-Beauty, FMCG, health & beauty industries.
Experience working with offline channels such as distributors, or retail chains is a plus.
Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strong sense of ownership, responsibility and customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Good command of English; Korean is a plus.
