Overview

BI Development (Hands-on experience required)
Support the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's Power BI reporting system across multiple departments
Assist in maintaining and developing applications and automation solutions using Excel VBA and Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on Power BI and Power Automate.
Support data collection, validation, transformation, and basic analysis to ensure data accuracy and reliability
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and enhance existing dashboards and reports
Perform other ad-hoc data analysis and administrative tasks as assigned by management
IT Support (No prior experience required)
Assist the IT Manager in coordinating daily IT operations and providing technical support to engineers and office staff, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation when necessary.
Support the purchase, installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
Help manage user accounts, access permissions, software licenses, and the IT asset inventory.
Maintain IT documentation, technical records, and reports, and assist with IT-related matters as required.
