Overview

  • Identify, qualify, prioritize, and develop customer and channel opportunities in the pulp and paper sector.
  • Xác định, đánh giá, ưu tiên và phát triển các cơ hội khách hàng và kênh phân phối trong ngành giấy và bột giấy.
  • Build constructive relationships with end users, distributors, and other channel partners.
  • Xây dựng quan hệ hợp tác hiệu quả với người sử dụng cuối, nhà phân phối và các đối tác kênh khác.
  • Understand customer needs and coordinate technical input, proposals, samples, and trials with the relevant teams.
  • Tìm hiểu nhu cầu khách hàng và phối hợp các đầu vào kỹ thuật, đề xuất, mẫu và thử nghiệm với các bộ phận liên quan.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and coordinate contract documentation in accordance with company procedures.
  • Chuẩn bị đề xuất thương mại và phối hợp hồ sơ hợp đồng theo quy trình của công ty.
  • Maintain accurate customer, pipeline, forecast, market, and handover information.
  • Duy trì thông tin chính xác về khách hàng, cơ hội kinh doanh, dự báo, thị trường và bàn giao công việc.
  • Raise material commercial risks, customer issues, and exceptions promptly.
  • Báo cáo kịp thời các rủi ro thương mại trọng yếu, vấn đề khách hàng và ngoại lệ.
  • Coordinate customer-contract files, flag deviations, and complete commercial handoffs so Operations and Finance can act.
  • Phối hợp hồ sơ hợp đồng khách hàng, ghi nhận các điểm khác biệt và hoàn tất bàn giao thương mại để bộ phận Vận hành và Tài chính thực hiện.
  • Maintain an evidence-based pipeline, forecast, and weekly commercial report that distinguishes verified demand from aspiration.
  • Duy trì danh sách cơ hội, dự báo và báo cáo kinh doanh hàng tuần dựa trên dữ liệu, phân biệt nhu cầu đã được xác minh với kỳ vọng.
