Overview
- Production Planning & Scheduling
- Develop weekly and monthly production plans based on customer forecasts and confirmed orders.
- Analyze factory capacity, manpower, and production resources to create feasible production schedules.
- Prepare detailed production plans for all manufacturing processes, including Cutting, Stitching, Lasting, Assembly, and Packing.
- Coordinate production priorities to ensure customer delivery commitments are achieved.
- Confirm realistic production and ex-factory dates in collaboration with Production and Purchasing teams.
- Production Execution & Coordination
- Monitor daily production performance against plan and adjust schedules when necessary.
- Identify production bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and potential delivery risks, then coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.
- Work closely with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Engineering, Quality, Development, and Customer Service to ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor material and component readiness and proactively resolve shortages to prevent production interruptions.
- Coordinate sample production schedules to support development milestones and customer timelines.
- Shipment & Delivery Planning
- Coordinate shipment planning and ex-factory schedules in line with production completion.
- Ensure production, quality inspections, and packing activities are aligned with shipment requirements.
- Communicate planning updates and delivery changes to internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare regular production planning reports, capacity utilization analysis, delivery performance, and planning dashboards.
- Analyze production performance and recommend improvements to planning processes and factory efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, capacity utilization, and on-time delivery performance.
