Overview
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, OEMs, consultants, contractors, end users.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Promote company products and solutions to customers in industrial sectors.
- Prepare quotations, technical-commercial proposals, and follow up on projects.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and product presentations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management
- Degree / Diploma in Mechatronics / Mechanical / Electrical Electronics Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in gearmotors, gearboxes, motors, drives, automation, or industrial equipment is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good technical understanding and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/customers.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development
- Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills in English & Vietnames
