Overview

  • Xác định các rủi ro chất lượng tiềm ẩn và thúc đẩy các hành động phòng ngừa/ Identify potential quality risks and drive preventive actions
  • Phân tích các lỗi tương tự và thiết lập biện pháp ngăn ngừa tái diễn (Bài học kinh nghiệm)/ Analyze similar defects and establish recurrence prevention measures (Lessons Learned)
  • Rà soát và duy trì các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và điểm kiểm soát/ Review and maintain quality standards and control points
  • Dẫn dắt việc quản lý tổng thể các vấn đề chất lượng (khiếu nại khách hàng, lỗi trong quá trình, lỗi xuất hàng)/ Lead overall management of quality issues (customer complaints, process defects, outgoing defects)
  • Phân tích mức độ ảnh hưởng và xác định chiến lược xử lý/ Analyze impact and define response strategy
  • Yêu cầu phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ và hành động khắc phục từ các bộ phận Kỹ thuật/Sản xuất/ Request root cause analysis and corrective actions from Engineering/Production teams
  • Theo dõi tiến độ và xác nhận hiệu quả của các hành động/ Track progress and verify effectiveness of actions
  • Vận hành các quy trình giải quyết vấn đề có cấu trúc (8D, RCCA)/ Operate structured problem-solving processes (8D, RCCA)
  • Đảm bảo ngăn ngừa tái diễn và triển khai áp dụng rộng rãi/ Ensure recurrence prevention and horizontal deployment
  • Chuẩn bị báo cáo chất lượng nội bộ và yêu cầu hành động khắc phục/ Prepare internal quality reports and corrective action requests
  • Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị tài liệu gửi khách hàng/ Support preparation of customer-facing documents
