Overview

Develop and implement sales strategies for logistics services, including international sea/air freight, domestic transportation, customs clearance, and trucking services.
Prepare sales plans, revenue targets, profit objectives, and customer development plans for the Sales Department.
Manage, lead, and supervise the Logistics Sales team (freight forwarding and logistics services).
Assign KPIs, provide coaching, and monitor the sales performance of each team member.
Identify, develop, and expand relationships with import and export customers.
Coordinate with the Pricing, Operations, and Back Office teams to prepare competitive quotations and optimize logistics costs.
Support the Sales team in customer meetings, negotiations, and contract closing.
Monitor market trends, including freight rates, surcharges, and carrier policies, to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Monitor customer accounts receivable and ensure timely debt collection.
Provide recommendations and propose appropriate sales policies to improve business performance.
Prepare and submit periodic business performance reports to the Board of Directors.
