Overview

Design, planning and developing production-process by analysing product specification and parts drawings.
CAD/CAM drawings and program all CNC machines.
Develop innovative solution to engineering problem.
Reach & Development for Metal Cutting technology.
Increasing productivity and minimize manufacturing cost.
Trial and acceptance for new machine & equipment.
Project management, leading project for First Articles.
Issue work instruction packages.
Analysing of production-process and solving problem from root cause.
Working with purchasing team to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
Continuous Improvement Processes
Closed Production Order Variance, reasons for positive or negative manufacturing variances
Recording and verifying Process Improvements
Provide technical support to Production Department
Support to design drawings for specify components, monitor the fabrication, assemble and test run for tools (cutter & fixtures) used in manufacturing and inspection gage.
Support QMS manager in setting up and maintaining procedures of control documentation in Technical Department.
In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by superior.
