Overview

Manage import/export customs clearance activities in compliance with Vietnam customs regulations.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with internal stakeholders and logistics partners.
Handle Certificates of Origin (C/O), customs documentation, and trade compliance requirements.
Optimize customs clearance and transportation processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Develop, manage, and evaluate freight forwarders to ensure competitive rates and service performance.
Monitor transportation costs, lead times, and logistics KPIs.
Maintain and update HS codes, Country of Origin data, shipping guidelines, and related records in the system.
Handle logistics-related claims, shipment issues, and customer complaints.
Collaborate with APAC logistics teams, warehouses, and cross-functional departments to resolve operational challenges.
