Overview

Assist R&D engineers to develop production processes for new projects.
Create and updates of manufacturing cost calculations. Prepare the necessary machinery and equipments (fixture, Jig, tools, …) for new projects.
Create PFMEA for new projects with cross-function team.
SAP master data creation and updates. E.g, BOM, Routing, Work Centers.
Plan to buy and approval for new assembly machine, fixtures.
Implement pilot run of new and relocation production. Create work instructions.
Push lean manufacturing, improve the line balance, optimize material flow and production process, increase production output and make costs down.
Measure the standard working time for new product, update the routing time in SAP
Support capacity planning and equipment utilization schedules for new project; On-job training will be provided.
