Wire electrical components and systems on automated machines.
Connect and plumb pneumatic components.
Learn how to debug, design and program controls for automated machinery.
Ability to learn and work under Senior Controls Engineers.
Markup electrical schematics with corrections.
Startup, debug, and qualify automated machines.
support controls install/upgrade on new and existing automated equipment.
Support production by troubleshooting and repairing automated controls.
Troubleshoot, provide root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for reported issues on local production systems and tools.
Work with operations and process engineering groups to design scalable control systems.
Reprogram existing automated machines for improvements and optimization.
Make program and hardware modifications/updates on automated control systems
Research and specify electrical and pneumatic control components.
