Overview

In charge of Ocean import/export/ billing job for external customers
Directly contact with customers and carrier or other logistics service providers (LSP) for export & import shipments (booking space, customs clearance, trucking, track & trace report, etc). Make tracking, daily report to customers.
Contact with carriers and customers to solve if have any issue.
Key in shipment’s information on Cello system and doing other assign job related to system.
Make sure on-time payment with customers, vendors and inter-company payment.
Receive and check quotation, debit notes from other logistics service providers (LSP)
Report to Group leader when requested.
Support members in the Team when required.
Other duties as and when assigned by Group Leader/ Management
