Overview

  • The Marketing Executive position focuses heavily on <ins>Marketing Operations and Technical Execution<ins>. You will be a core team member responsible for technical deployment of ATL/digital campaigns, platform management (website, tracking systems), auditing agency performance, and providing operational and technical training support to MG Vietnam’s dealer network.
  • A. Technical & ATL Operations
  • Coordinate the implementation and optimization of integrated ATL communication campaigns across digital touchpoints.
  • Directly manage and troubleshoot technical aspects related to the brand's website (basic coding support, speed optimization, landing page structure, etc.).
  • Set up, manage, and audit tracking systems and codes (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Pixels, etc.) to ensure campaign data accuracy.
  • B. Paid Media Execution & Monitoring
  • Directly set up, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Facebook, Google (Search/Display/YouTube), and TikTok.
  • Closely monitor performance metrics, control budgets, and provide timely recommendations to enhance campaign efficiency.
  • C. Agency Performance Auditing
  • Audit, evaluate, and cross-check technical reports, tracking data, and actual performance metrics delivered by external agencies against contracted KPIs/SORs.
  • D. Dealer Training & Support
  • Provide guidance, training, and technical support to dealer marketing teams regarding brand standards, technical tools, tracking interpretation, and standard ad operations.
  • Contribute ideas to improve collaboration workflows between the headquarters and the dealer network.
