Overview

Lead all test-related activities from NPI through mass production, ensuring test solutions are delivered on time and meet customer requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize test yield, UPH, equipment performance, and test process stability.
Drive issue resolution, risk management, and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.
Serve as the primary interface for test-related communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Create, track, and follow up Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) in the company system to ensure timely procurement.
Coordinate with purchasing, finance, suppliers, and project teams to resolve procurement-related issues.
Prepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, and presentations with accurate and timely data.
Monitor project budgets, expenses, and procurement status, highlighting risks or delays to the project team.
Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and other administrative records to support project execution.
