Overview

  • Support Engineering Program Managers in managing project schedules, milestones, and daily execution.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, and Manufacturing, to ensure project activities are completed on schedule.
  • Track project status, open issues, and action items, and follow up with responsible teams until closure.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and daily/weekly project status reports.
  • Monitor production progress, material readiness, build readiness, and delivery status during NPI and mass production.
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze production data, including output, yield, quality performance, and delivery status, and prepare summary reports for management.
  • Support customer meetings by preparing presentation materials, documenting action items, and following up on customer requests.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and overseas customers to ensure timely information sharing and issue resolution.
  • Identify potential project risks or schedule delays and escalate issues promptly with proposed mitigation plans.
  • Assist in coordinating engineering changes, qualification builds, and production ramp-up activities.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure all project records are accurate and up to date.
  • Perform other program management or project coordination tasks assigned by the manager.
  • Vietnamese local candidate.
  • English communication ability is required.
  • Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus.
  • Clear logical thinking and good problem-solving ability.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • No related EPM or manufacturing experience is required. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Engineering, manufacturing, business, or related educational background is preferred but not mandatory.
