  • 每周Review销售预测（FCST), 前瞻性规划人力、机台产能负荷（Loading)。
  • 机台负荷分析，优化产能调配，均衡需求（制定MPS)，便于整合排程压缩产线切换（Change over）时长，提升生产效率。
  • 结合人力波动和实际生产情况，管控直接人力成本（DL Cost)。
  • Review sales forecasts (FCST) weekly to proactively plan manpower and machine capacity load.
  • Analyze machine load to optimize capacity allocation, balance demand (develop MPS), facilitate integrated scheduling to reduce changeover time, and improve production efficiency.
  • Control direct labor costs (DL Cost) by considering manpower fluctuations and actual production conditions.
  • 物料全周期管控
  • 分层管理物料需求：长期需求下发供应商/外协厂锁产能、备料；短期物料需求进度控制，物料的合理性，长周期物料管控等。• Hierarchical management of material requirements: Long-term requirements are assigned to suppliers/outsourced factories to lock in capacity and prepare materials; short-term material requirements are controlled in terms of progress, material rationality, and long-cycle material management.
  • 定期分析物料库龄(Aging)、库存周转天数(DIOH)、管控呆滞库存，对库存健康度全权负责。• Regularly analyze material aging and inventory turnover days (DIOH), manage stagnant inventory, and take full responsibility for inventory health.
  • 外协管理：跟进外协物料进度、分配相应的产能，保障外发物料交付达标。Outsourcing Management: Track the progress of outsourced materials, allocate corresponding production capacity, and ensure that outsourced materials are delivered to the required standards.
  • 工单&生产执行管控
  • 定期结合物料使用、标准工时等相关信息对生产工单分析，确保工单按时完成及结案关闭，保证公司良好的财务结果。• Regularly analyze production work orders based on information such as material usage and standard working hours to ensure timely completion and closure of work orders, thereby guaranteeing sound financial results for the company.
  • 仓储管理
  • 搭建并落地仓库全流程规范，合理规划仓储场地（Layout), 保障账实一致，库区作业安全，叉车等设备的保养管理。• Establish and implement standardized warehouse processes, rationally plan warehouse layout, ensure consistency between records and physical inventory, ensure safe warehouse operations, and manage the maintenance of equipment such as forklifts.
  • 保障物料收发，每日发货计划的按时完成，与车间的物料发放流程梳理。• Ensure the timely completion of daily delivery plans and streamline the material issuance process in the workshop.
  • 分析并处理呆滞、报废全流程账务与审批。• Analyze and process the entire process of accounting and approval for obsolete and scrapped items.
  • 整体工厂经营目标统筹
  • 统筹生产计划、物料管控、仓库三大模块资源平衡，协调人、机、料，汇聚资源平衡，每月定期分析相应的数据，支撑工厂整体经营目标的达成。• Coordinate the resource balance of three major modules: production planning, material control, and warehousing; coordinate personnel, machinery, and materials; consolidate resource balance; and regularly analyze relevant data monthly to support the achievement of the factory's overall operational goals.
