Overview

  • Assign work to workers and employees in the warehouse according to the authorization of the department head
  • Controls and assures receiving and delivery of goods at the warehouse.
  • Controls and assures stock taking and quantity correctly between actual physical stock, stock balance on inventory card and stock in inventory software
  • Checking actual physical stock meets between inventory card and inventory software
  • Issuing the minutes of received good return goods to supplier
  • Making a packing list for finished goods shipments, finished product inventory control
  • To ensure that secondary packaging material arranges to accord of status
  • To ensure that moving of rack / shelf of secondary packaging material follows procedure, etc.
  • All activities related to inspection and control document CGMP, GSP, SOP
  • Store warehouse document
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, logistics, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, goods receiving and issuing, stock reconciliation, and warehouse documentation.
  • Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and warehouse documentation practices is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Careful, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), especially Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Good command of English (reading, writing, and basic communication); TOEIC or equivalent certification is an advantage
