Overview

Handling customer onboarding, information change, account closure (account opening, account documentation & agreements...)
Handling customer daily operations (credit and non-credit transactions), including customer contact, application collection, document check (in accordance with requirements from local regulations & internal rules), deal confirmation, instructing to other operation departments…
Controlling document pending due date, transaction due date for non – credit (fixed deposit…) and credit transactions (loan, trade loan, trade finance…), including checking customer’s cash-flows/ account balance for repayment...
Cooperating with other teams, departments (Compliance, Legal dept…) to get advice on customer’s transactions and providing appropriate replies to customers and/or Relationship Managers
Other tasks (Document safe keeping control; Document coordination with other departments…)
