Manage Domestics Transport Operation
Design tailor made strategies for transportation and implement them successfully
Receive specific product requirements, safety norms, vehicle type preferred, etc (specific to trucking)
Arrive at the right solution for transport and distribution in conjunction with business so as to arrive at the minimum cost at the same time ensuring required service levels specific to each business
Verify adherence of practice to the SOP & create/modify as appropriate
Monitor and drive team Data and Documentation Controller
Prepare & maintain operational contingency plan
Continuously improving processes, procedures to heighten productivity, timeliness and quality
Maintain relations & conduct regular review meetings with Internal and External Stakeholders
